In many occasions you will be able to harvest your vegetables from our allotment and pick up fresh eggs from our hens. Moreover, we work with 0 km produce from local producers such as bakers, butchers and cheese manufacturers.
Àlex and Maria, we are in charge of the kitchen and we are pleased to captivate you with a wide sample of our local cuisine. Àlex has acquired his kitchen experture throughout several courses and experiences in Barcelona but mainly in a stage in “Les Cols”, a prestigious two Michelin stars Restaurant, located in Olot. Maria, on the other hand, has traveled all over the world from Honolulu to Bangkok, experimenting with several typologies and kitchen techniques.
